Vibrogym technology is supported by over 40 years of scientific research, originating with the soviet space programme using the technology as a therapy to reduce symptoms such as bone & muscle tissue loss when sending their astronauts into space.
The vertical vibrations generated from the platform (25-50 times per second) transfer to your body causing a “ mini earthquake” feeling that your body automatically adjusts to causing involuntary muscular contractions.
This activates almost 100% of the muscle fibres (conventional training methods only reach 40-50%).
